We offer all the comforts of home without the responsibilities. Located 5 miles SW of Carbondale, Woodland Cabins sit at the edge of Southern IL rolling hills and the Shawnee National Forest. Woodland Cabins offers 90 acres of privacy where mature woods are interspersed with open fields. Two ponds offer fishing, paddle boating, bird watching and relaxation. Deer and wild turkey are frequent visitors as well as pilated woodpeckers, songbirds, and migrating water fowl. Whether meeting the morning sun or putting daylight to rest, the tranquility from your private deck overlooking the pond remains uncompromised. Let Woodland Cabins be your place to relax, unwind and make memories that last a lifetime.

Amenities for all cabins include:
Fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, charcoal grill, TV, DVD Player, CD Player, washer and dryer, towels/linens, complimentary coffee, Central heat and air conditioning, outdoor fire pit and paddle boat. All cabins sleep two. "Woodsong" has a queen bed and a hot tub off the master bedroom, while "Southern Comfort" has a king bed and Jacuzzi tub. Fern Glen has a king-sized bed and a hot tub.
