You've asked for it, you've got it! We just purchased this lovely three bedroom, three bath lodge on 24 acres with private pond. Sleeps 6 - 8. Quiet country setting, easy access to downtown Carbondale.
Two day minimum rental required.

Payment in advance for all nights is required. Checks or credit cards are accepted.

Cancellations/Refunds - Refunds are given if cancellation is made no less than 10 days in advance of rental date less costs incurred that cannot be recovered. A 7 day stay requires 21 days cancellation notice.

Regulations - You must be 21 years of age or older to rent a cabin. No pets are allowed. No smoking in the lodge please!

RENTAL AGREEMENT: By submitting this information, you agree you have read the following rental policy and will abide by the terms and conditions.

You must be 21 years of age to rent a cabin.

No pets are allowed. This includes pets of guests who may visit you.

Woodland Cabins is not responsible for your lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

You are responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property belonging to Woodland Cabins.

Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the cabins. It ruins the wood.

Check in time is 3:00 PM. Check out is 11:00 AM. No early check in or late check outs.

Cancellations: 10 days notice must be given to receive a refund less any costs incurred that we cannot recover.

Reservations for 7 or more consecutive days require 21 days cancellations notice.

Returned check fee $35.00.

Cleaning policy:

Wash and put away dishes or start dishwasher

Wipe spills on counters and floors

Take trash to outside bin

Dirty towels on the bathroom floor; DON'T leave on wood floors

Leave the bed, we will change it
