General Requirements
- Only two guests per cabin
- You must be 21 years old to rent a cabin
- A two-night minimum reservation is generally required
- Single Weeknights may not be reserved more than seven days in advance and are at a rate of $165.00
- Fridays and Saturdays must be rented together, NO exceptions
- NO Sunday Check-ins
- NO PETS ALLOWED-a discretionary fee will be charged to clean up after pets
- NO SMOKING in the cabins-smoking is allowed outside, a discretionary fee will be charged to clean up/deodorize after smoking

- THE FOLLOWING HOLIDAY WEEKENDS REQUIRE ADDITIONAL NIGHTS At our regular rates, unless noted differently.
- Martin Luther King JR Day-Three Nights, January 12, 13 & 14
- Valentine’s Day-Two Nights, February 13 & 14 @ $224.00 PER NIGHT
- President’s Day-Three Nights, February 16, 17 & 18
- Memorial Day-Three Nights, May 26, 27 & 28
- Independence Day-Three Nights, July 3, 4 & 5
- Labor Day-Three Nights, September 1, 2 & 3
- Columbus Day-Three Nights, October 6, 7 & 8
- Thanksgiving-Four Nights, November 22, 23, 24 & 25
- Christmas-Four Nights, December 22, 23, 24 & 25
- New Years-Three Nights, December 29, 30 & 31
Special Weekend Dates & Rates
- SIU Graduation weekend, May 12 & 13 at $250.00 per night.
- SIU Homecoming weekend, October (DATES TBA) at $250.00 per night.
- 2024 Solar Eclipse, AT THIS TIME WE ARE CURRENTLY FULLY BOOKED FOR THE 2024 SOLAR ECLIPSE. Four-Night Minimum, April 5, 6, 7 & 8 at $250.00 per night plus 11% in state and local lodging taxes. A 50% deposit is required at booking with the balance due on February 5, 2024.
